Job summary

Gwent Police is seeking a Fixed Term Maternity HR Officer to support the implementation and adherence of HR policies, procedures and processes across the HR lifecycle.

You will provide advice, guidance and signposting on attendance management, maternity and flexible working, helping managers and colleagues navigate HR processes. This maternity cover is 12 months or until the substantive post holder returns, with internal applications prioritised.
