Qualifikationen

• Registered Midwife with current UK registration (NMC).
• Degree in Midwifery or equivalent qualification.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD relevant to maternity practice and leadership.
• Experience leading maternity equity or service-improvement initiatives.
• Experience engaging with diverse communities to improve outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the maternity equity work programme and action plans.
• Support implementation of national maternity equity recommendations and guidance.
• Analyse data to identify inequalities in access, experience and outcomes.
• Build partnerships with service users, community groups and system partners.
• Deliver education to maternity staff on culturally safe and inclusive care.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes through governance structures.
• Provide clinical leadership during allocated shifts.
