Responsibilities
- Lead clinical teams in adopting and optimising clinical informatics within maternity services.
- Collaborate with CXIO, Digital Matrons and frontline staff to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centred care through digital tools.
- Evaluate and shape system developments to support clinical and administrative workflows.
- Translate complex maternity requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
- Support change management, training, and benefits realisation during EPR implementation.
