Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking an experienced Digital Informatics Lead Midwife to shape the digital strategy for maternity services. You will lead the implementation of maternity information systems and electronic patient records, drive improvements in data quality, and ensure safe, efficient workflows.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, build digital literacy, oversee information governance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovations

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Informatics Lead Midwife to join our maternity leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead the digital agenda within maternity services, shaping how technology and data drive safer, more personalised care for women and families. You will be a highly motivated registered midwife with substantial clinical experience and a strong interest in digital healthcare. You will demonstrate:
