Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a proactive and organised Digital Records Officer to support the delivery and development of digital records services across the Trust. The post will work across clinical systems support, EPR digitisation, data quality and paper reduction within Medical Records and Digital teams.

This varied role requires strong organisation, communication and problem solving, with opportunity to influence service resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised candidate with strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Change Advisory Group, coordinating requests, actions and governance docs.
• Provide first-line support for Evolve and records-related clinical system issues.
• Support EPR digitisation, scanning, migration, data quality and paper reduction workstreams.
• Coordinate and monitor post and print services, including supplier performance and cost improvements.
• Support Medical Records resilience by maintaining knowledge across key operational areas and providing cover during absences.
• Liaise with clinical, operational, digital, IT, IG and supplier teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Monitor risks, actions and recurring issues, escalating concerns as needed.
