As Boutique Manager, you'll elevate these events and ensure their success. You will also oversee the smooth operation of the store and ensure your team aligns with the Boutique and Brand vision. Coaching and inspiring your team to exceed KPIs and your own is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days and hours; please discuss your availability with the hiring manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to work in the country
