We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings, and cocktail masterclasses, our services and events are renowned. As Boutique Manager, you will elevate these in-store events and ensure their success. You will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the store and aligning your team with the Boutique and Brand vision. Qualifications

You will have:

  • Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales, and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Experience in creating and managing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours; please discuss your availability with the hiring manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
