Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Materials & Testing Engineer to join a state-of-the-art facility near Exeter. You will lead material testing programs, manage projects end-to-end, and provide technical leadership within a small specialist team.

Qualifications include a degree in a relevant discipline with composites/adhesives exposure, hands-on lab experience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to drive investigations and deliver results.

• Practical laboratory experience with knowledge of material testing standards.

Are you a degree-qualified Materials, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineer with a background in materials testing or manufacturing looking to step into a technical leadership role? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Materials & Testing Engineer to join their small, specialist team working out of a state-of-the-art facility near Exeter. The successful applicant will become a key problem solver within the business, leading technical investigations and performing sophisticated destructive, mechanical, and thermal testing on advanced composite materials.
