Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is offering an exciting opportunity for an R&D Lead to join a high-growth, UK-based manufacturing business. The role involves contributing to the design, testing, and optimisation of new and existing materials while ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in materials science or engineering and at least 5 years of experience in materials R&D. Strong abilities in materials development are essential, and experience with polymers is preferred.

Candidate
