Job summary

Gap Personnel Bristol are recruiting X2 Stock Controllers for our client based in central Bristol, BS1. As a Stock Controller, you will be accountable for material/component 1st stage inspection, distribution, accuracy, and departmental traceability. This will include internal machined parts, purchased parts and raw materials.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm. The role isTemp to perm with an hourly rate of £13.00.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and focus.
• Health and safety conscious and attentive.

Responsibilities

• Counting, booking, and processing of machined components, purchased parts/raw materials.
• Counting, booking, and processing of outbound material for ‘Sub-Con’ operations.
• Allocation, control, issue and marshalling of materials between different work locations.
• Liaising with all departments when required. If, when discrepancies are found.
• Ability to report discrepancies, missing paperwork directly to suppliers.
