Job summary

Prestige Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Material Accuracy Analyst to improve BOM integrity and ensure materials used match approved documentation across builds.

You will reconcile BOMs with issued, consumed and stock records, work with production, procurement and finance to identify discrepancies, implement corrections and prevent repeat losses, supporting margin and delivery performance. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing materials, stock control, production data or a comparable analytical role.
• Experience in configurable or bespoke manufacturing.
• Knowledge of standard costing, work-in-progress and material usage reporting.
• Understanding of stock counts, variance investigation and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Compare approved BOM quantities with actual material use by build and product family.
• Reconcile materials issued, consumed and stock with production records.
• Investigate and document variances, identifying root causes.
• Propose corrective actions and secure approvals.
• Maintain clear audit trails for material issues and adjustments.
• Support cycle counts and continuous improvement of data controls.
