Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking a Materials Engineer to join the Defence Bristol programmes. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Bristol with a minimum of three days in the office per week and offers exposure to design, testing and in‑service support across Defence Aerospace projects.

We currently have exciting opportunities within the Materials Applications team for talented and enthusiastic Materials Engineers. The roles are based in the Defence Aerospace Sector in Bristol.
The Materials Applications team is responsible for delivering design, development, manufacturing, testing and in‑service Materials support to Defence Aerospace Projects. The team has multiple relationships, both internally and externally, with defined customer service level agreements of performance and delivery to deadlines.
The Materials Application role provides the opportunity to gain experience of the materials, processes, components and products produced by Rolls‑Royce and its suppliers as well as developing key skills and competencies for further personal development.
