Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Support professional to coordinate daily acquisition, receiving and distribution of materials within the CSS - AMCH unit. You will maintain inventory levels, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry using mobile devices and PC systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in a service role involving supply chain, shipping and receiving, plus solid Windows skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1-3 years' experience in a service position involving supply chain, shipping and receiving.
• Demonstrated basic level competency with Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inventory counting and management using handheld/mobile devices.
• Process and print pick tickets, packing slips, and bills to cost centers.
• Fulfill orders from storage, stage items for shipment.
• Deliver items within campus distribution and obtain receipts.
• Maintain a clean, neat storage area and restock as needed.
