Job summary

Zuno is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Leeds to support the logistics team and ensure installations run smoothly. You will coordinate materials, track deliveries and keep information updated across our systems.

You’ll work with engineers, supply chain partners and customers, with training and day-to-day problem solving to help runs stay on schedule. This is a full-time on-site role offering career development, 30 days leave including bank holidays, private medical cover and a competitive

• Provide daily support to the team, assisting with workload, queries and training.
• Engage with engineers to ensure materials are available for daily installs.
• Track daily deliveries and keep engineers updated with current information.
• Communicate daily with supply chain partners.
• Arrange replacement or damaged equipment for delivery to site.
• Update ZUNO admin platform with recommendations, costs, and technical information.
• Ensure the team uses admin tools effectively to obtain required information.
• Liaise with customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth installs.
• Collaborate with the manager to resolve team issues.

Job Summary

The Materials Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the logistics team and ensuring installations run smoothly. You'll work closely with engineers, supply chain partners and customers to coordinate materials, track deliveries, resolve issues and keep accurate information updated across our systems. You'll also support the wider team with training, guidance and day-to-day problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the team, assisting with workload, answering queries and offer training to new and existing members of the team.

• Engage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily installs.

• Track daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.

• Communicate daily with supply chain partners.

• Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.

• Update ZUNO admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, costs, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.

• Ensure the team is using admin effectively to gain information required.

• Liaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.

• Work alongside the manager to efficiently resolve any team issues.
