Job summary

Rullion Ltd is advertising a permanent Material Controller role based in Stone, Staffordshire. Start date ASAP. Salary range depends on experience.

The role is on site, up to 40 hours per week, with a benefits package available. You will oversee deliveries, manage the electronic inventory system, ensure stock traceability, coordinate with the production team and engineers, and maintain calibration records. The successful candidate will bring strong administration, computer literacy, and planning

Qualifications

• Ability to take receipt of deliveries.
• Maintain the electronic inventory management system.
• Process deliveries in the ERP system with verified documentation.
• Store materials with traceability.
• Liaise with production team and engineers to understand material needs.
• Control the issue of materials with traceability.
• Order and maintain stock of consumables.
• Control PPE issue and records.
• Calibrate tools and equipment and maintain calibration records.
• Plan ahead, coordinate and prioritise workloads.
• Good administration and computer literacy with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deliveries and receipt processing.
• Maintain and update the inventory system.
• Ensure stock traceability and documentation.
• Coordinate with production/engineering for material needs.
