Guidant Global is recruiting on behalf of Airbus Atlas Support Centre UK at RAF Brize Norton for two Material Support Specialists. The role focuses on managing material demand activities and ensuring supply chain performance supports operational requirements across the UK A400M fleet.

Essential experience includes material support, supply chain, procurement or logistics, with strong SAP and Excel skills. Security clearance eligibility (SC) is required for this on-site position.

• Experience within aerospace, defence, engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.
• Experience using SAP HANA, SAP SP1, Airnnav or MDS.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance support operations.
• Reporting and data analysis experience within a supply chain function.

• Escalating Aircraft on Ground (AOG), Work Stop and critical material shortages.
• Supporting the recovery and management of AOG aircraft in the UK and worldwide.
• Liaising with customers and stakeholders to coordinate material procurement requirements.
• Following up on delayed deliveries, missing documentation, incomplete requisitions and supply chain issues.
• Identifying risks and escalating concerns to ensure operational commitments are maintained.
• Attending daily operational briefings and planning meetings.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Producing reports and providing supply chain updates to support decision-making.
