Job summary

Nutreco’s Trouw Nutrition GB is seeking a proactive Material Planner to own material availability across production at the Ashbourne site. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to maintain supply continuity, minimise risk, and support efficient delivery while adapting to changing priorities.

Ideal candidates will have ERP and Excel experience, strong communication, and a data-driven, analytical approach to planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and Excel for planning and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery for production.
• Monitor inventory, supplier performance, and demand changes to maintain supply continuity.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Analyse planning data and ERP information to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage supply disruptions and stock challenges while maintaining service levels.
