Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Material Planner for a leading multi-national manufacturing client based in Desford, Leicestershire. This is an initial 12 month contract with PAYE £15.93/hr or Umbrella £21.81/hr.

The role involves assisting customers with orders, expediting and entering orders, and providing technical information to ensure a smooth customer experience. It requires strong analytical skills and the ability to build relationships with key partners globally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Experience in a customer facing role, handling orders and queries.
• Data analysis skills using Excel (lookups and data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with orders/queries and ensuring timely receipt of products.
• Providing technical information, entering and expediting orders while handling issues professionally.
• Analyzing processes to drive customer experience and maintain strong relationships with partners.
