The role
As a Material Planner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for managing the release of demands for materials and work with internal key stakeholders to ensure that all material shortages are understood and lead mitigation efforts to avoid disruptions to the workshop.
Day-to-day, all activities will be coordinated via the material planner, to ensure product revision control are maintained with no adverse effects to workshop production. You’ll create and distribute material availability and shortage reports to stakeholders and provide transparency to management and insights to performance.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and/or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home along with occasional UK and international travel.
