Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for generating unconstrained demand plans and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions in Instrument Transformers, Distribution Automation, and Indoor & Outdoor Products in Pinetops, NC, ensuring demand planning accuracy. You will measure, report, and drive improvement of Planning & Fulfillment functions. This is an on-site position based in our Pinetops, NC facility, contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in the United States. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Creating and maintaining the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
2. Assembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan.
3. Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.
4. Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Checkbook.

Qualifications for the Role

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in ABB flow business working as Master Data or Production Scheduler with SAP tools. Sound knowledge of ERP logic, Master Data, Production order management, and the utility and industrial market.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, SalesForce, Spine, and NON-ERP tools.
• Critical and creative thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
