Job title: Material Handler

Role Type: Permanent, site-based role

Location: Ellesmere Port

Job Summary: As a Material Handler at Honeywell in Ellesmere Port, you will be responsible for picking products from an automated picking line, packing deliveries, and supporting the wider warehouse to meet customer demands. This is a shift role working from 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

1. Performing picking on an automated picking station and packing deliveries to customer requirements
2. Support any area in the warehouse required such as goods in, outbound and inventory
3. Physically supporting the day-to-day processes
4. Go over and above the normal days duties to assist the team
5. This is a physically demanding role, as you will be on your feet for up to 2 hours at a time

Key skills and qualifications:

1. Good computer skills, including SAP knowledge
2. Flexibility – able to work overtime/weekends to support the team
3. Ability to work well as team player and work independently
4. Mature and Can-Do attitude
5. Full right to work in the UK
6. Previous experience of working on a warehouse floor
