Job summary

Guidant Global, on behalf of Airbus, is seeking a Material Support Specialist at RAF Brize Norton to ensure the A400M fleet remains mission-ready through proactive demand management and close collaboration with UK suppliers and internal teams.

You will work within the Demand Cell, monitor material needs, escalate AOGs, and support the recovery of delayed aircraft while maintaining tight stakeholder relationships and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in material support, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong SAP experience.
• Proficient in Excel and business systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Eligible for Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Manage material demand activities across UK A400M fleet.
• Maintain oversight of material issues affecting maintenance.
• Escalate AOG, Work Stop and shortages.
• Support recovery of AOG aircraft in UK and worldwide.
• Coordinate material procurement with customers and suppliers.
• Follow up on delays and incomplete requisitions and supply chain issues.
• Identify risks and escalate concerns to maintain operations.
• Attend daily operational briefings and planning meetings.
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Produce reports and supply chain updates for decision-making.
