Job summary

Airbus is recruiting Maintenance Data Administrators to support the A400M programme at RAF Brize Norton. This is a 100% on-site contract role offering a collaborative, highly technical environment where meticulous data handling underpins aircraft safety and operational excellence.

You'll create and manage component records, enter and validate maintenance data, generate reports, and help develop data processes while complying with BPSS/SC/ITAR requirements in a UK military setting.

Qualifications

• Experience using data entry or digital record-keeping systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage component records, linking airworthiness data.
• Enter and update maintenance data within digital systems.
• Review and validate records for completeness and accuracy.
• Support maintenance teams with timely, precise data input.
• Generate reports and distribute key maintenance information.
• Assist with development of data processes and procedures.
• Audit records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support additional admin and project tasks as required.
