Job summary

William Grant & Sons is seeking a highly organized Material Controller to join our Supply Chain team in Scotland. You will manage supplier schedules, control packaging material call-offs, and maintain stock levels to support production planning.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, keep ERP master data accurate, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
• Enjoys working with data and maintaining accuracy.
• Able to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in supply chain, materials planning, or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier schedules and packaging material call-offs.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure continuity of supply.

• Support supplier performance management and reporting.
• Maintain accurate master data within ERP systems.
• Assist with new product introductions through material setup.
