Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Distribution and Material Control Operative for our new Andover facility. You will help ensure smooth material flow, manage goods receipt, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch, and support production and customer delivery needs.

The role suits candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoy a fast-paced team environment and want to develop their skills in a growing business. Forklift experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods-in, dispatch, warehousing, or stock handling.
• Manufacturing environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and book goods into correct locations.
• Pick, pack and check products according to distribution requirements.
• Load and unload vehicles safely with a forklift truck.
• Support stock control activities including cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards; contribute to continuous improvement.
