Job summary

Planet Pharma in Kent is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy supply chain operation. You will handle reach, counterbalance, stacker and electric pallet trucks, ensuring safe movement of goods and accurate stock records.

You'll support goods-in and dispatch, perform cycle counts, and work with ERP systems. A valid forklift licence and experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments are essential, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licences with practical reach truck experience.
• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts, stackers and electric pallet trucks.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience using ERP/warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team‑oriented with good communication.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• Ability to manage stock transactions and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, stackers and electric pallet trucks.
• Receive and book in deliveries from suppliers.
• Load, unload and move stock safely within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and distribute materials to internal customers.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ERP transactions.
• Conduct cycle counts and support stock audits.
• Support goods-in and dispatch activities.
• Ensure all activities meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and supply chain operation in Kent.

This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and a valid forklift licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for the safe movement, storage and distribution of materials and products, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, stackers and electric pallet trucks
• Receiving and booking in deliveries from suppliers
• Loading, unloading and moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Picking, packing and distributing materials to internal customers
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory transactions within the ERP system
• Conducting routine cycle counts and supporting stock audits
• Supporting goods-in, goods-out and dispatch activities
• Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed in line with safety and quality standards
• Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required.
