Job summary

Stannah is expanding its Homelift team at a brand-new factory in Andover, seeking a Material Control and Distribution Operative. This permanent, full-time role involves goods receipt, stock control, order picking, packing, and dispatch activities to support production and customer delivery requirements.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:45 and Friday 08:00-13:00. Previous warehouse/logistics experience is key; forklift operation is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse/ manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate a forklift is desirable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and book goods into correct locations.
• Pick, pack and check products per requirements.
• Load/unload vehicles safely using a forklift.
• Support stock control activities including cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
