Job summary

Stannah Dedicated Homelifts Business in Andover is seeking a Production Operative to join our team on Pioneer Road. You will produce hand-built sub-assemblies and components to meet orders, SOPs, and quality standards while supporting the wider manufacturing team.

Working Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:30, Friday 06:00 to 11:00, this permanent role offers a hands-on environment with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and to develop a long-term career within a reputable

Qualifications

Experience using basic hand tools in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.

Responsibilities

Produce sub-assemblies and components in line with orders, SOPs, and quality standards.
Support the manufacturing team to meet production targets and customer demand.
Interpret and report production data using the ERP system and tablets.
Participate in 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
Work safely at all times, complying with PPE requirements.
