Job summary

Encirc in Bristol is seeking a highly organised Material Administrator to join the Bristol Materials team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced supply chain environment while contributing to maintaining high levels of customer service and business performance.

The Material Administrator will provide vital administrative support to the Materials team, taking ownership of a range of routine planning and supply chain processes, ensuring accurate data management

Qualifications

• Experience working within a supply chain, planning, procurement or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP or materials management systems.
• Knowledge of purchase order processes and supplier management activities.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
