Job summary

Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking enthusiastic, well-presented individuals to join our security matchday team at Selhurst Park. You will help ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests, acting as the first point of contact and delivering excellent service on matchdays.

This casual, zero-hour role requires you to be over 18 with an SIA badge and conduct yourself with professionalism, contributing to a safe, welcoming atmosphere at Selhurst Park.

Qualifications

• You must be over 18 (Essential).
• SIA Door Supervisor Badge (Essential).
• NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety (desirable).
• Friendly and helpful with good manners.
• Mature and able to stay calm.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of body search regulations and processes.
• Experience working at a football stadium and/or similar spectator events (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Attend all Premier League fixtures and FA Cup games as required.
• Ensure safe access and comfort of spectators at the stadium.
• Identify and report incidents or hazards to a supervisor.
• Be the first line of contact and provide a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance.
• Fulfill other duties as required by the line manager.
• Uphold Club health, safeguarding and equal opportunities policies.
