Job summary

Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club is looking for enthusiastic Matchday Stewards for the 2026/27 season. You will help keep fans safe and create a welcoming atmosphere on game days, working as part of a friendly, professional team in our stadium.

No previous experience is required; full training will be provided. You must be 18 or older and ready to work weekends and matchdays, handling busy crowds with confidence and a customer‑focused approach.

Our goal is to create legendary experiences for every guest or fan that enters our spectacular stadium, and we do this with our friendly and passionate team. Your top priority will be to ensure all fans are kept safe and have an enjoyable match day experience. No two games are ever the same, so you will need to be adaptable, and thrive under pressure - ready for whatever the day brings.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fan-focused environment. If you enjoy interacting with lots of people, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in being a reliable team player, then you could be a great fit for our matchday team.

You don’t need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience as full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
