Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is recruiting for a Permanent Security and Matchday Coordinator based at Villa Park. The role delivers safe matchdays, major events and daily stadium operations, coordinating staffing, accreditation, and logistics.

You will work 35 hours per week with flexibility for evenings and weekends, manage onboarding, training compliance, and equipment, and support continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in staffing coordination, workforce planning, operations administration or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing operations for matchdays and events.
• Oversee accreditation processes and recruitment/onboarding activities.
• Manage uniforms, PPE, radios and operational equipment.
• Ensure staff training, accreditation and equipment, maintaining operational readiness.
• Support knowledge sharing and documentation across the department.
