You will oversee staffing, accreditation, recruitment onboarding, and training compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing coordination and workforce planning.
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports.

• Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling for matchdays and events.
• Oversee accreditation processes and recruitment onboarding.
• Manage uniforms, PPE, radios and operational equipment and ensure training compliance.
