Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is recruiting for a Security and Matchday role at Villa Park. The post focuses on coordinating staffing, accreditation, training compliance and equipment to support matchdays, events and daily operations.

You will oversee recruitment onboarding, manage schedules, and work with suppliers to ensure the right staff are in the right place at the right time, delivering a safe, welcoming environment for supporters.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing coordination or workforce planning within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data, monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues and suppliers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including matchdays and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing operations for matchdays, events and daily stadium operations.
• Oversee accreditation processes and recruitment onboarding activities.
• Manage training compliance and department equipment inventory (uniforms, PPE, radios).
• Ensure staff are trained, accredited and ready to deliver safe, seamless experiences.
