Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is seeking a safeguarding professional to help create a safe, welcoming environment at the American Express Stadium. You will respond to safeguarding concerns with sensitivity, ensuring timely support and upholding the wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults throughout the stadium experience.

The role focuses on maintaining a robust safeguarding culture on matchdays, engaging with the public, and working with the club to implement safeguarding practices

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safeguarding standards and safeguarding practices within sport.
• FA Safeguarding qualification is essential.

You will be ready to respond to a variety of safeguarding concerns that may arise, ensuring swift and sensitive support when it matters most. Your work will help uphold and strengthen the Club’s commitment to putting the wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults at the forefront of every stadium experience.
