Job summary

Fulham Football Club Foundation is seeking a dedicated safeguarding professional to oversee all safeguarding activities and training across the foundation. You will promote best practice, uphold equality and inclusion, and advocate safeguarding internally and externally.

The role requires safeguarding expertise, collaboration with external agencies and strong communication skills to influence staff, players and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding, preferably with children or adults at risk.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and governing bodies.
• Ability to document incidents clearly and maintain records.
• Ability to implement and update safeguarding policies across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Observe activities and site visits to embed safeguarding.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation and league guidelines.
• Collaborate with Safeguarding and Inclusion leads to promote a safe environment for all.
• Onboard new staff/volunteers with safeguarding induction and training.
• Develop QA provisions and monitor high‑risk delivery areas.
