Job summary

Nottingham Forest Football Club is seeking an enthusiastic Hospitality Sales professional to maximise matchday revenue through proactive sales, client management and high-conversion enquiry handling. You will own a designated hospitality area on matchdays, balance sales targets with seamless operation, and build strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

Reporting to the Head of Hospitality Sales, you will drive new business via outbound activity, respond to inbound enquiries, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a proactive sales environment.
• Strong ability to generate new business through outbound activity and relationship building.
• Experience in managing client relationships and driving repeat business.
• Able to work towards individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new hospitality sales through outbound calling, email prospecting, networking, referrals and other sales activity.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound hospitality enquiries, owning the sales process from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across Nottingham Forest's hospitality packages and experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and maximising retention.
• Proactively contact previous hospitality clients and lapsed customers to identify opportunities for future fixtures.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and consistently work towards agreed sales targets.
• Attend networking events, client meetings and other opportunities to represent Nottingham Forest and promote the Club's hospitality offering.
• Take ownership of your designated hospitality area on matchdays and ensure it is prepared for clients.
