Qualifications

• Must have a Food Safety Level 2 certificate and strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in grilling or cooking food in mass quantities, especially in a busy environment.
• Immaculate grooming standards and overall appearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all hot food such as burgers, pies, hot dogs, and nachos during match days.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality with regular controls.
• Ensure all kitchen unit equipment is cleaned down and properly maintained at the end of every shift.
