Aramark UK is recruiting Match Day Chefs to join the team in Cardiff, CF10 2FP. You will prepare and serve food across hospitality outlets for match days and major events, delivering high-quality experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers flexible shifts around events, with a clear pathway for progression and a supportive team culture. Experience in hospitality or catering and food hygiene knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a chef in hospitality, events or catering.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard according to menu specs.
• Support delivery of hospitality, retail, and event catering services.
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure food is prepared and served within agreed timescales.
• Work with kitchen teams during busy service periods.
• Assist with stock control, rotation, and waste management.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
• Support senior chefs with event preparation and service delivery.
