Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Master Vehicle Technician for a reputable dealership in Walton-on-Thames. The role offers a 40-hour week, on-site work, and ongoing manufacturer training to develop technical skills including hybrid and EV knowledge.

You will diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, with opportunities for progression within a growing dealership network. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician.
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to perform diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to high standards.
• Desirable: brand-specific diagnostics, electrical diagnostics, MOT, and EV knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle health checks and inspections using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Fit additional customer-requested accessories.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults with team support.
• Carry out major repairs, including warranty work on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct road tests to ensure faults are fully rectified to customer satisfaction.
