Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting for a Master Vehicle Technician in Coventry, Warwickshire, to join a reputable main dealer. You will diagnose faults, service vehicles and guide junior technicians in a high‑standard workshop, with a focus on Hybrid and EV technology.

The role offers up to £40,000 basic salary, a performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical cover, training and employee discounts. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Previous experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and repair skills.
• Manufacturer accreditation is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex vehicle faults and carry out repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Support first-time fix targets and uphold workshop quality standards.
• Mentor and assist other technicians within the team.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and recommend additional work.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in Hybrid and EV technology.
