Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Master Technician for our Volkswagen branch in Linwood. You will diagnose complex faults, perform advanced repairs, and mentor junior technicians to maintain manufacturer standards.

We offer £40,000–£50,000 DOE, overtime paid at 1.5x, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, toolbox cover, and generous employee discounts. A Level 3 qualification and UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Master Technician certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong diagnostic skills - you can pinpoint issues quickly and accurately.
• Leadership skills - you're happy to share your knowledge and mentor junior techs.
• Great attention to detail - because every job should be done right the first time.
• A proactive, can-do attitude - you're always looking for ways to improve.
• A full UK driving licence.
