Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Master Technician for the Volkswagen branch in Linwood. You will diagnose, repair, and mentor others while ensuring work meets high standards.

The role offers £40,000–£50,000 DOE, with an opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance bonuses, overtime paid at time and a half, and generous leave and healthcare benefits.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Master Technician certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
• A full UK driving licence.
