Job summary

Holt-Recruitment is seeking a skilled Master Technician for a busy main dealership in Middleton. This full-time role offers an attractive OTE up to £50,000 and a clear path for progression within an established service team.

You will diagnose, service and repair vehicles to the highest standards, record diagnosis and parts used, and maintain safe, tidy work areas. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in a workshop, a Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds, and a full UK driving license with

• Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in a workshop environment.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
• Record diagnosis, work completed and components used in line with standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe from hazards.
• Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers in a polite and efficient manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are met.

Our client is a main dealership in Middleton, and they are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department, offering a fantastic basic salary and bonus structure with a brilliant opportunity for you to be able to progress withina main dealership.

Key responsibilities for this Master Technician role in Middleton are:

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
• Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised, and safe from hazards to health and safety
• Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner
• To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met
