Master Technician – Automotive


Location: East London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, plus alternating Saturdays



We are working with a highly regarded automotive group in East London who are looking to appoint an experienced Master Technician to join their team. This role offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking business, providing high-quality service and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and complex repairs.

  • Support and mentor other technicians in the workshop, sharing knowledge and best practice.

  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.

  • Accurately record all work completed and parts used.

  • Maintain a safe, professional and efficient working environment.

Requirements
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

  • Previous experience as a Master Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician.

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work.

  • Full UK driving licence.
