Job summary

Autotech Recruit in Aldershot is seeking a Senior or Master Technician to join a respected independent workshop. You will maintain high technical standards across a varied range of vehicles and support colleagues with expert guidance.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of automotive experience, NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds, a valid MOT Tester qualification, and strong diagnostic skills. Hybrid/EV awareness is a plus, with clear commitment to quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as Automotive Technician.
• MOT Tester qualification and broad vehicle know-how.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair to a high standard.
• Carry out MOT testing duties where qualified.
• Maintain accurate job records and workshop documentation.
• Assist colleagues with technical guidance when required.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety requirements.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
