Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced ERP Key User/Master Data specialist to maintain accurate master data across customer and internal systems, ensuring uninterrupted order processing and supply chain operations.

You will collaborate with European customers on product catalogues, pricing, logistics parameters, and promotional data, lead master data activities for new launches, and act as the Navision ERP expert driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Master Data in FMCG.
• ERP experience as Key User or Super User (Navision, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of master data management including product data, GTINs, GS1 standards and data governance.
• Familiarity with EDI processes and system integrations.
• Experience supporting system testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Master Data, or Operations role, ideally within an FMCG environment
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, preferably as a Key User or Super User (Navision, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong understanding of master data management, including product data, GTINs, GS1 standards, and data governance principles
• Knowledge of EDI processes and system integrations, with the ability to diagnose and resolve data and transaction issues
• Experience supporting system testing, upgrades, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential
• French language skills would be advantageous
