Our client Peterborough City Council is seeking an experienced MASH social worker to triage new referrals into MASH. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office at Sand Martin House and focuses on timely decisions for children's interventions.

You will collaborate with partner agencies and report to Team Managers within MASH. The team comprises managers, senior practitioners, social workers and information officers; the environment prioritises safeguarding and timely action for

Formación

• Qualified social worker with practical experience in safeguarding.
• Experience triaging referrals and applying threshold guidance.
• DBS checked and able to work in a multi-agency environment.

Responsabilidades

• Triage new referrals into MASH and determine intervention needs.
• Make timely decisions for children with partner agencies.
• Work independently and with the team, reporting to Team Managers.
