Job summary

Sussex Police in Hastings invites applications for a MASH Administrator within the East Sussex MASH team. The role supports the Detective Sergeant and officers, handling information, research for strategy meetings, and safeguarding referrals with accuracy and discretion.

You will work with partner agencies and contribute to child and adult protection work, recording actions, distributing papers, and ensuring crime data integrity. Prior experience in administration and safeguarding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and safeguarding of adults and children is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
• Exposure to policing systems such as NICHE, PNC and PND is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the MASH team and DS.
• Research for strategy meetings, case conferences and joint decisions.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties via phone or written requests.
