Job summary

MRJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced MarTech Transformation Lead to shape the future customer communications ecosystem. The role blends discovery, platform strategy and vendor selection for a major European business, with hands-on involvement in implementation and migration where required.

Hybrid position based near Manchester, two days per week, offering a day rate of £500 outside IR35 for an initial 3-month contract.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM/MarTech experience.
• Led discovery and future-state requirements.
• Experience in run/lead RFI/RFP processes.
• Evaluated multiple technology vendors objectively.
• Experience with marketing and transactional communications.

Responsibilities

• Assess current CRM/MarTech landscape and identify gaps.
• Define future-state capabilities and data/consent requirements.
• Lead RFI/RFP and vendor evaluation processes.
• Coordinate platform demonstrations, assessments and pilot concepts.
• Produce evidence-based platform recommendation and roadmap.
